- On the Billing Details page, customers will be asked to choose between 'Collect In Store' or have the order 'Shipped' direct to their door. Please ensure that the correct option is chosen.
- We will notify all 'Collect In Store' customers once an order is ready for collection. Customers who have requested delivery will receive an email once the order is shipped.
- All UK mainland orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail when possible, and customers can choose between Standard Postage and Proof of Delivery (POD). We recommend choosing proof of delivery.
- If any of your items are currently unavailable we will endeavor to contact you with an advised shipping date as soon as possible.
- Please ensure the correct size is chosen as once an item has been printed, it cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
- If you have any questions about a garment size, please contact us before ordering.
For all orders placed, please allow a minimum of 21 days for production.
Our store is located at Unit 3 Regent Business Centre, 6 Jubilee Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 9TL (Look for the blue building).
We are open to the public Monday-Friday 9.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday 9.30am - 4.00pm. We are closed Sundays and Bank Holidays. (When visiting, please park in one of clearly marked GR Teamwear spaces).
